This is the second time we have used this hotel. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.
