  Lovely quiet setting in tree lined street with excellent bus access to city, also within walking distance. Welcoming owners who provided us with a very comfortable, airy and tastefully decorated bedroom and en suite looking out onto mature trees. We were also provided with an excellent continental breakfast for a small extra charge each day which... what people say » we ate at leisure in our room overlooking the trees, enjoying the antics of the resident grey squirrels. - This is a magnifcent place to stay, clean friendly spacious, comfy bed, huge bath, ( that ran out of hot water) however is in a great location 5 mins drive from the centre, quiet relaxing and all round a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend it

  The location and easy access to town. Bus stop right across the road. Nice quite room, very clean and modern. Also very good price for the two nights. Staff very friendly. - Absolutely value for money, clean and cosy place to stay in.
