We had asked for discretion at check-in in order to surprise one of our party and they followed the request exactly.Would be happy to stay here in the future. - everything, we stayed half board t... what people say » he food was fabulous, our room was just perfect for us, the staff we encounted were all lovely, friendly and helpful. we didn't use the gym and spa facilities but definately will next time. the location of the hotel is ideal and central for any visitor's needs.

  This hotel is like my view of an old hotel should be steeped in history and splendour. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect. The staff seemed highly trained and overall it was a wonderful customer experi... what people say » ence. - All staff were absolutely charming and could not have been more helpful or efficient.
