  Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense. I would had to pay three or four times the sums I paid her... what people say » e in the west end, I never believed in their slogan of affordable luxury but it seems that luxury is available affordably at Rafayels. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  We loved the location. it served our purpose beautifully. I was extremely satisfied with the assistance I got from the person who welcomed us. they were very flexible and helpful. the apartment was lovely and the area quite interesting, with a lot of restaurant, pubs,french bakery, antiques, supermarkets open even on Sundays and a beautiful park w... what people say » ithin walking distance. we sat outside and enjoyed the terrace, the kids played ball ( we were lucky with the weather).   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful.
