  I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent. The room was very comfortable and the spa area just great. - The reception staff were excellent and The Limo service is amazing . The bar is a fantastic space and feels great

  The location is excellent! Right near Kensington Park and one block from two tube stations along with good shopping street nearby for inexpensive and better food choices. The facilities were spacious and comfortable- a full kitchen and comfortable bed, great view.   The receptionist were friendly and always smile when they saw us. We got the basement rooms as we booked three rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other. I am happy that the hotel were able to fulfill this request. We really love the modern design of the rooms. Wifi was free and it's very fast too. I opted for an apartment because they were better value for money than a hotel. I will be visiting again sometime in the future and have advised people i know of 73 apartments. Our apartment had recently been refurbished to a VERY high standard. By far, the best value for the money in London. The staff is available 24 hrs. a day and were very friendly and efficient. I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!

  I loved the location and having kitchen facilities. The neighborhood has wonderful and decently priced restaurants and pubs. The tube station of Bayswater was a 5 minute walk. I felt it was a safe and clean neighborhood and felt safe in the apartment. The Portobello Rd market is very close and was fantastic! The manager(Michelle?) was very nice upon check in and - We rented for 3 nights in mid-September 2013. Great location, we wanted to be close to Hyde Park. Very clean room, and quiet at night time. The "Studio" accommodated 1 adult with plenty of room and could easily have accommodate 2 adults. The "One Bedroom" accommodated 2 adults and, probably, could have accommodated 2 adults + 1 child. The pictures as shown on the website were very accurate. This location (Prince's Square) was wonderful, close to Hyde Park, and close to "Bayswater" underground.

  The fantastic friendly and helpful staff, who greeted us each time we left and entered the hotel and seemed genuinely interested in what we had been doing and what we had planned. They provided us with helpful info about places to go and how to get there. Genuine and customer service focused. Made the stay really pleas - Fantastic location and excellent value for money. You really do get what you pay for, if not more. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty!
