  The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

  The hotel is amazingly welcoming. The staff and the general manager of the hotel are masters in making you feel at home. One does feel joining a bigger family when checking in the hotel. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.
