  The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!

I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x
