We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from
outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some
noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room
was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher,
cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with
Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an

The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.
