The Place Hotel serves both a full English breakfast and a full continental option every morning in the restaurant area. All the breakfasts are made using produce from the best locally sourced suppliers and are made fresh every morning. In addition, the restaurant serves an exclusive new light lunch menu between 12:00 and 16:30, and a full dinner menu from 17:00 till 21:30. Food is served either downstairs in the bar-lounge area, or in your room. The bar area is an ideal meeting point. The Place to Drink bar offers fabulous drinks and light snacks for residents and non-residents.

Along with luxury 4-star apartment-style accommodation which has been officially accredited by Visit Britain, the Place Hotel also offers all the services of a 4-star hotel: a 24-hour reception desk, daily maid service, a restaurant menu and 24-hour room service.

The Place has recently completed the initial phase of refitting its conference suites. The first 3 rooms are now ready, and offer corporate guests the very best in business facilities and meeting space. For larger functions and lavish events, the Place Restaurant can be hired for parties of up to 150 people.

A cash deposit of GBP 50 or 100 per accommodation, per stay, is payable locally at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition. You must call The Place Apartment Hotel if you intend to check-in later than 22:00. If you do not do this, the hotel will consider the booking cancelled and will charge a cancellation fee.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 10 miles (16 km) from Manchester Airport. A direct train runs regularly from the airport to Manchester's main train station, Piccadilly, which is just 100 metres from the hotel.

By Train:
The Place Hotel is located within 100 metres of Manchester's main train station, Piccadilly.

By Car (from the North):
- From the M66, continue south onto the M60.
- Leave the M60 at junction 20 onto the A664.
- Follow the signs into the city centre.
- At the large crossroads, take a left down Queens Road (A6010) to the next junction. - Turn right onto the A62.
- Follow the A62 on until the end of the road.
- Turn left onto Great Ancoats Street.
- Continue on this road passing through 2 sets of traffic lights.
- After the second set of traffic lights, take the first right turning onto Ducie Street.
- Stay on the left-hand side for 500 metres and you will see the hotel.

By Car (from the East):
- From the M67 continue on until the Denton roundabout.
- Go straight across onto the A57 and follow this road all the way into Manchester.
- The A57 then becomes London Road.

By Car (from the South):
- Follow the M56 (South) until the road ends and carry on until you reach a major roundabout.
- Take the 3rd exit onto the slip road, joining Mancunian Way.
- Follow the slip road until it ends.
- Turn left. This brings you onto London Road.

By Car (from the West):
- From the M61/62 exit onto the M602.
- Continue on this road until it becomes the Mancunian Way flyover.
- Take the exit signposted Belle Vue.
- Follow the slip road until the end. Turn left onto London Road.

Parking:
The Place Hotel has its own secure underground car park (available at an additional cost), saving guests the nightmare of finding parking in Manchester’s city centre.
