  Staff were so good, prior to our arrival i had a few queries as i had read aome bad reviews online and they were so quick to reply. i would definitely recommend the printworks and have only good things to say about the staff and the accomodation.I'm sure early check in is not always possible but the room was ready on arrival which was great so we... what people say » didn't have to wait around and could head out shopping straight away! we had a two bed apartment that sleeps up to 6 and were staying two nights.our - Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

Rooms where clean and beds were really comfy. if i had a £1 for every person that had commented and asked me about my pictures from the hotel id be a millionare - Fun themed floors and great facilities for a very reasonable price. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. The only disappointin - Hello, I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none!
