  I loved the lighting and the set up of the rooms vey clean and welcoming. I love the walk in shower and bathroom set up. The bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. Not as clean as it could be, in this bracket the bathrooms and floors should be immaculate. B

We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. As we had our 1 year old with us, we'd requested a cot, this hadn't been communicat... what people say » ed to the hotel via letsbookhotel.com, however the staff were more than happy to source one and brought it to our room within minutes, very impressed - Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

  Check in is electronic, and the staff not only helped us do the computer work, but also allowed us to drop our bags early, and tagged them so they couldn't be taken by anyone but us. Breakfast was free for our kids since we had paid for ours. It was fresh and appetizing, constantly refreshed by the kitchen. The room was smaller with a Queen, a twin and a twin cot set up, but it was close to everything and had all modern ameniti - This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.
