  The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area... what people say » as an additional option and we did not wait at al - The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

  The location, minutes from Euston Station, would highly recommend for that convenience. The room was basic but clean. - the place was amazing!! the staff nice, the room pleasant, all in all a great experience

  Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. We are both straight and hadn't realised this was a gay friendly venue, but that made our evening all the more interesting. The drag act was excellent haven't laughed that much in years. Breakfast a feast and our room well equipped we never he... what people say » ard a sound from the basement, quieter than many hotels in Kings Cross. Would definitely stay again. - Staff were excellent, rooms and food were nice as well as location, However it's a hotel above a gay bar and tranny club which wasn't told when booking hotel.. Luckily I had my older daughter However the staff and welsh owner were excellent and made us feel relaxed.
