The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.

Close to Bath, within walking distance if your agile,maybe a short bus ride if your less able. Jill could not have been a better host, she was so welcoming and friendly. The house was comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout, and because it dated back to the 1800's it had character and history. Breakfast was more than ample to replenish 3 chaps

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake
