The room and hotel were amazing!!! The room was clean, comfortble, romantic, warm (i could go on!!!) the little touches made it even better and i loved the cloud painted ceiling in the bathroom it was fab!!! - Comfortable room well equiped tea/coffee tray, cleanliness of room and bathroom. The location so close to the city centre. The staff professional, curteous, kind & could not do enough to ensure my Mum & I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.

Close to Bath, within walking distance if your agile,maybe a short bus ride if your less able. Jill could not have been a better host, she was so welcoming and friendly. The house was comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout, and because it dated back to the 1800's it had character and history. Breakfast was more than ample to replenish 3 chaps

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake

Was really happy with the quality of apartment, the easyness of getting into town and all the information re Bath that was in the folder in the apartment. Will definately recommend to all my friends. - Modern, excellent facilities, great central location, everything for a family of five for a quick stop or a longer stay.

Very close to everything touristy. Has a sort of shabby chick air about it .The young couple looking after it are very very friendly and helpful . Has high speed internet, has a kitchen where you can cook if u want to -

the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were really clean and the fact that we were so near to the city centre walking distance and we could leave the car where it was, the whole experiance was lovely - Great location, very easy to get into central Bath across the bridge. Breakfast was fantastic, very tasty and lovely vegetarian sausage
