The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

A very nice accommodation, very well situated - central but quiet. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)).
Breakfast was delicious!
In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

Staff easily contacted and very friendly.
The apartment was beautiful, decor was stunning and extremely clean throughout, with great facilities to use.
I came with a group of friends who all enjoyed there stay. It was easy access into the centre of bath and only a short drive to the surrounding countryside.

What a wonderfully warm welcome after a long journey. We could not have wished for a more welcoming start to our time in Bath. From the introduction to the workings of our house for the next few days to the advice re negotiating the town, We could not have wished for more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
