Every room at The Roseate Villa Bath includes Hypnos beds, with feather-light goose down duvets and Egyptian cotton bed linen. All classic and superior rooms come with double beds, while the deluxe, luxury and suites come with super king beds. Well-equipped bathrooms include luxury toiletries and fluffy bath sheets. Every morning guests can enjoy an award-winning breakfast, in a light, elegant ground-floor dining room with complimentary Buck's Fizz and home made smoothies. Guests are a 5-minute walk from the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the many shops and restaurants of Bath. Bath Spa Rail Station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Perfect - breakfast is wonderful; you can't get breakfast like this for under 12pound in the town. The rooms are beautifully furnished and our bed was the most comfortable we have slept in by far. We had a view of the park across the road and it was good to keep the window open all night for fresh air. The staff were all very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there after checkout whilst waiting for our rental vehicle (that was very much appreciated, thank you) We were sad to go cou.

The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)). Breakfast was delicious! In total a little bit to expensive for what you get. Great Location and the staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to make you comfortable. The heating in our room was not working the first night we stayed however the staff arranged for a portable heater to be put in the room untill the heating was fixed for the seconf night. Villa Magdala was an ideal location to stay, we parked the car up on arrival and took leisurely strolls into town. The staff were very accomadating and welcoming and the accomadation was beautiful. So clean and tidy throughout. Staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Lovely rooms, right by a park, and walking distance from Bath centre. Aside from the "Classic English", all breakfasts we tried were top-notch. Would use this accommodation again. All staff were so friendly and helpful. I liked just about everything at Villa Magdala. Accommodations were excellent, the food was delicious and the hosts and staff were friendly and warm. Location was perfect! Just a short walk to everything. The Villa Magdala is located in Bath, one of the most charming cities in England. There are endless shops, restaurants and hills. The rooms at the B&B are charming with large windows and unique designs. Staff were excellent and really helpful. Breakfast was really good, great choice and really tasty. Room was large and comfortable. Fresh milk delivered to the room when you requested it was a real bonus. It was a superb experience, at a hotel with ample beautiful rooms, located just across a park. The silence was only broken by the birds singing, but still walking distance from all major places of interest. Extremely helpful, friendly and polite staff. We felt very well looked after. The bathroom in room 17 has a few issues The shower is not very powerfull and you have to run it for 3 to 4 minutes before the hot water starts. The bathroom is cold its only heated by the towel rail. "Classic" English breakfast a little disappointing - bacon was dried up, and scrambled eggs a bit watery. There was nothing that I did not like. There wasn't any air conditioning, which given their normal weather wouldn't have been a problem but they were having a very hot summer (high 70s) when my mother and I traveled there. Nothing negative. Nothing at all. N/A. Nothing. parking was terrible , no space and expensive. Absolutely nothing!. Can't think of anything!. Paying for the car park and breakfast, these added £36 pounds to the room rate. The bed and pillows were a little too firm for us, which sadly meant we didn't get a great night's sleep. it was all good !. We stayed in room 2 which was by the reception desk and it proved to be a bit noisy with visitors coming and going. We were not told about the 12 GBP daily charge to park car in car park, would have parked in the street. Difficult access if you have suitcases, a lot of steps to front door. No help with luggage. Nothing. A bit on the expensive side. That I had to pay extra money for breakfast by booking through letsbookhotel.com rather than free had I booked directly through Villa Magdala. By cleaning tables with cleaniningspray take away the sugar soo it can not be heard with cleaningspray!!!! Name of hotel and roomnumber on key, by loosing the key the finder knows where to go he can go in hotel and room!!!!. Being a bed and breakfast hotel you could hear neighbouring rooms and reception but that was expected. no elevator. Nothing. Nothing. bathroom too small breakfast was extra, parking extra. Additional charge for the car park and the room was very noisy due to it being next door to the front door and the breakfast rom. Nothing. Charge for Parking seemed steep. Extra charges for breakfast and parking not mentioned by you and only told of by hotel. Opaque pricing by you, leaving hotel to field the shock. The shower room. Never been to a hotel or b&b with such a small shower room. I could not even clean my teeth properly because the sink is so tiny. Difficult to shower and even to fit on the toilet is uncomfortable. The only thing missing was better in room facility's and an in room bar fridge. no expresso machine nor cappuccino.
