  Room was lovely and clean, a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. We ate in the ajoining chinese restaurant and the food was exellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant. My only complaint would be the lifts, they seemed to take such a long time to come, but this wasn't a major issue we just used the stai... what people say » rs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Location was exactly what we wanted. Very good value for money. Twin room was very nice. Staff were polite and efficient. Had a drink in the bar on return from watching Wicked the musical, Staff very welcoming. Excellent location for shopping. Comfortable beds. Shower was very nice, could have stayed in it all day!! Slept well!!!

  We had a fantastic stay here. It is just 7/9 mins walk from London Bridge Tube along a street with cafes, art galleries, boutiques and pubs. Tower Bridge is a 10 minute walk and London Bridge tube is 4/5 stops from Kings Cross on the Northern Line.
