Would deffo stay again

  the location was great only a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the shopping centre. Contrary to other reviews I found the reception staff very helpful, especially Natalie. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Parking was no problem - car park at the front of the hotel and plenty spaces at the back. The Brasserie was ideal for a pleasant meal and I noticed a number of other people on their own, so you didn't feel awkward.

  This is an exceptional hotel. Staff will do everything to make your stay welcome. We were totally relaxed from the minute we arrived and our bags were collected from the car and taken to our room.   The room was very well appointed and decorated. It was very large, bright and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide section. The bar snacks were nicely presented and good vaule for money. Service was excellent and housekeepng was of a very high standard. Staying at this hotel made our visit really enjoyable... what people say » - The hotel was very close to the Exhibition Centre where we were working and also close to our favourite restaurants. It was very comfortable, the breakfasts very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. It was a good place to relax after a busy working day and very good value for money we plan to stay there again next year.

  The location was excellent, the arrangements were incredibly easy. The thoughtfulness to provide parking permits was welcome and the accommodation was superb for 4 adults. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my specific needs. The accommodation was to a high standard. I would use and recommend them in future.

  It was convenient for the two places we wanted to visit. We felt that whilst the hotel was basic the receptionist and the catering staff were first class and made our brief visit a good experience. It was a home from home. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend it for a family of 4 also. Street parking nearby which would be the only downside if you don't want to pay. Didn't effect us though as we left each day before payment was required.

  Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. Extremely comfortable, and clean, I used to work as a housekeeper and i can honestly say I could not fault the cleanliness, perhaps on the chro... what people say » me in the bathroom could have done with some extra polishing, but that was minor and didn't affect our stay. All necessary details about arrival plus - I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs. In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

  Room very clean all the ameneties we required. Very comfortable Good breakfast. Good central location. Would stay here again. Staff very helpful and always willing to help - Fantastic location, very good breakfast served by kind staff. All in all very good value for money - we will return.
