This is probably the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. The contemporary design and feel, v clean, luxury bathing products, very comfortable kingsize bed, toffees, jelly babies and organic fair trade teas, coffees & hot chocolate. Can't recommend highly enough - Beautiful decor friendly staff. Breakfast was great, the hotel is close to the town centre a short walk. There was ample parking. Free internet access was a bonus. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated. I would recommend this hotel. As a small hotel there is no lift so if you have mobility issues this may not be a suitable hotel for you.

great friendly service I have stayed in many chain hotels and usually have to struggle with my luggage I was gobsmacked when my luggage was carried to my room.I would recommend you stay here if you visit Harrogate.Nells homemade marmalade at breakfast was the best ever. We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

David & Ruth very friendly & helpful, lovely home, rooms excellent, breakfast fantastic, and no shortage of tea/coffee/toast etc etc., five minutes from town centre and most amenities., parked right outside - FREE. Rooms were clean, comfortable and comfortable and new shower and
bathroom meant no irritating plumbing problems. Location is close

We went to a dinner & faulty tower show & decided on an overnight stay to make a weekend break. It is perfectly situated within walking distance from the city centre. This was the second time we have stayed at the Camberley in a month. no disappointments again. clean and tidy. Andy and Tracey were the most delightful, welcoming hosts. They were also very professional and sociable - without becoming intrusive. The B&B is located in an excellent location; not too near, but not too far from the town centre. The room was just perfect, comfortable and clean. The B&B was quiet and very tidy. Above all, the breakfasts were to die for: plenty of choice and beautifully presented.

Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient owners. Its a lovely Victorian building which was perfectly located for the conference centre. It is big enough not to feel at all awkward coming and going. The bedroom and shower room were quite small but that was expected as this was a small double which was perfect for one. Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

Well located to the old town and all attractions (10 minute walk). Good comfortable bed, we had a room with ensuite bathroom, some don’t! The tea/coffee tray had a well-supplied great selection.
