    This was our first trip to Edinburgh. We were hoping to book a hotel closer to the city centre, but as ours was a last minute booking, we were limited for choice. As it turned out, the Britannia was just perfect for us and we're now very pleased we chose it.     First of all, the location was extraordinary. The sea (Firth of Forth) is just behind the hotel and you wake up, seeing big steamships and small fisher boats on the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially at the restaurant. The rooms are tidy, have a huge TV, a sweet bathroom with bathtub and shower. Just in - This was our first stay at a Premier Inn. The hotel is clean, the rooms were spacious. The staff was very helpful. The views of the water were beautiful and our family enjoyed walking along the quay. The breakfast served at the restaurant next door was perfectly fine. We ate at the nearby Prezzo for dinner.     Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, bed was extremely comportable,great value for money, will be back next time I'm in Edinburgh - The staff were extremely friendly and my partner and I had a truly fantastic time. We will definitely be returning within the next 12 months

    thought it was well worth the money and would definately use again - clean, nice friendly lady (only saw this one member of staff) but she was v helpful. room very clean and bed was comfortably but its a bit dated. The ensuite was tiny, The breakfast was very basic and cheap food, e.g wrapped cheese slices, white bread, cheap yoghurts,,,nice coffee... what people say » though.

    This was my first stay in a Tune Hotel and my first trip back to Edinburgh in 20 years! I have to say I was very impressed. I didn't check in until late at night and the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, stating, 'we've been waiting for you'. Even the shower doors looked like they had been polished clean, that's how immaculate it was. My only gripe was that th - I like the brand new design for simplicity & comfort with excellent staff at the welcoming front desk. Every one at the check in or out counter has positive and helpful attitude towards guests from all over the world. Here I would like to pay special respect & thank them from the bottom of my heart.     Smart at iQ, Edinburg was a very pleasant surprise for us. Perfectly located: less than 20 min walk to the castle and to the train station, bus stop for the airport right at the corner, restaurants and shops around. The room (studio) was quite big and all equipment you need if you want to prepare something in the house or if you need to wash somet... what people say » hing etc. – like “at home”. A perfect location for someone who wants to visit and move all day and have a proper and comfortable place to sleep. The - The apartment complex itself is very secure. The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space. The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.

    The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from Haymarket station and also easily accesible from the airport. Besides, the main attractions are also located within walking distance. No sweat! The staff had put on the heating in the room in advance so it was lovely and warm. I was leaving before breakfast started and they had laid out cereal and toast making facilities to use. They have spent a lot of money on new carpets and upgrading bathrooms to make them clean and very fresh. Very strong and secure wi-fi Puts a lot of the big brands to shame

    Overall quality of the place was really high including most comfortable bed I have ever slept, so clean and big room).. John was at there when we need and he is very helpful, friendly and kind. After staying one day you feel like you are at home more than a hotel. Location is 15-20 mins to the center and 5 mins by bus which is really good. I will - Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so that was great hospitality.     The location is superb! I was impressed with the variety of the breakfast selections. The hotel offered a 20% discount on the parking garage, which was only 1 block away from the hotel. - The staff went above and beyond. When they found out our 8 year old daughter was with us, they added a double bed for not extra charge.

    Everything about this place was great. It is student housing which gives you the feel of communal living with the option of having your own room if you want quiet time. My family and I loved it. The bed was comfortable with nice white cotton bed-linen. We stayed for 3 nights for the Festival and found it ideal to be so near everything + able to make tea etc.. in between shows!
