It`s beyond imagination. Staff were more than excellent. Food was great.

  Location was superb, perfectly located on George Street near the best shops and restaurants. Drinks and food within the hotel were fantastic and delicious. There is no fitness center on site but they let you use the one at the Crown Plaza Roxburgh. Rooms were beautiful, bathrooms large, and well appointed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! - we stayed at tigerlilly for our second wedding anniversary. we stayd in the junior suit it was a stunning room very comfortable.we had a few drinks in the bar.the bar staff were excellent my hubby loves his whisky and one young irish bar man helped with choosing different ones he hadn't tried before giving the backgrounds of the whiskys ect brilliant service.cant wait to stay again x

  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  This hotel is like my view of an old hotel should be steeped in history and splendour. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect.
