I really can't recommend the Loch Ness Inn enough. From the warm welcome (even though there was an unexpected coach trip in for lunch, we were shown to our room with the biggest smile in Scotland), sitting in the snug little bar listening to the locals telling stories, to eating the finest prawns I've ever had, it's a great place to base yourself

Very charming hotel, our room was a good size and well appointed , very fresh decor with lovely tartan bed head.
Compact bathroom, with nice toiletries.
Great restaurant served good wholesome fresh food and we all really enjoyed our meal, the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside in their 'beer garden' for a pre dinner drink.
The staff were very friendly and efficient.

As we were on our honrymoon, we had an excellent room at the front of
the house, which was lovely! The decor of the room was fantastic, my
husband and I live in New Zealand now, and just love everything
associated with Scotland, so the tartan carpets and the decor gave a the
cosy welcoming feel, would love to go back one day!
