We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. Maybe a little warm but a fan was provided.   Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable.   Close to town only 5 pounds in a taxi, the apartment was big enough for the 6 of us , clean had everything we needed. Arun the man who met us with the keys was fantastic.. Considering we locked our selfs out within 2 mins of getting our keys he was very patient and understanding. As a group we were all very happy and will definitely be staying aga... what people say » in. - We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.

  Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and there was extra pillows if you needed them . The bath was very comforable and quick filling. We went to the Thyme restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

  We have stayed here several times as it so convenient to walk into Cardiff City Centre without having to use the car. The location is great and having the Restaurant on site is a bonus.
