friendly and helpful staff. The welcome on arrival. I stayed in Room 9 on the top floor. This was clearly recently refurbished. All the furniture, bathroom and shower was new. The new digital LCD TV worked well. I had a very comfortable stay. The staff I met where very helpful and chatty. At this price point it is hard to fault. Would have prefered a cooked breakfast. Our towels were not changed out after our use. Fresh towels would be very nice.Front door lock - sometimes difficult to get in. Even when the internet was connected, some screening blocked a lot of websites. I couldn't even check my emails and the staff didn't know the password to override the screening. 3. The private bathroom was not in the room, I had to walk through to hallway to get to it. 4. The shower was running way too slow. 5. i didnt like the room it was very small and very coldbearing in mind we booked 6 months ago I would ahve expected a better choice of room. The price on the hotel's own website was half of what I paid through letsbookhotel.com. I called the hotel directly to quote the price and a lady told me that the date I wanted was fully booked but the price would have been the same. When my partner called again to question the price we paid, they then changed their comments and said that the price was subject to demand. The hotel was very noisy, you could hear everything in the room next to you. It was fairly clean, but they didn't change the towels everyday. It isn't suitable for business stays because it is a long walk from the main town/business area and they do not serve breakfast till 8am. I did not realise that the bathroom was not ensuite and was in a separate room down the hall.
