  Sabrina is a great benefit to your company. This girl goes out of her way to make sure your guests are well taken care of and I say that not just from how she helped me but I saw her helping other guests. She goes above and beyond what one would expect and always with a great smile and cheerful disposition...even when guests aren't happy. She r... what people say » eally deserves a raise. I was amazed at how she handled everything and honestly, would not have enjoyed my stay without here charming disposition...k - The staff are very friendly with big smiles. The restaurant staff during the breakfast were very welcoming and the breakfast was so good. The location is very quite and handy to the centre if you have got a car. My son enjoyed it a lot and considered it as one of his best hotel expereinces. It was mention that the car parking is for £8/day but it was for free :) !! Thanks.

I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

  I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. The owner was very nice and the decor was lovely. It is easy access to a bus route which runs to either the tube or Heathrow Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and 4. Recommend that information for Terminal 5 be added to directions to and from Heathrow.
