  This must be the comfiest B&B I stayed ever. I don't remember any uk hotel, let alone B&B, having such a diversity and quality of food for breakfast. (Salmon with poached eggs, omelette with choice of filling... Even cranberry juice!) The bathroom with all-new fittings and yes, mixer tap! Free WiFi. The Citi 3 bus stop is a short walk away... what people say » . The bus ride to the town centre is about 15 minutes and to the rail station about 25 minutes. The owners were very helpful, providing with all the i - We liked everything! We booked largely on the basis of reviews we'd read, and our experience bears out the numerous positive comments we'd seen. Very comfortable, well maintained and spotlessly clean, very good breakfast, owners welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to go into city centre, but the bus service looks good. We tried one of the pubs recommended by the owners (about 25 min walk) and had a very enojoyable dinner.

  Apartment was perfect for our 3 day trip to Cambridge, offering a home from home. Self catering suited us and was a much cheaper option than eating out every night. It was cosy, well-equipped and comfortable. We had a very warm welcome from the proprietor. Well placed for walking into the city centre 10 minutes or so.
