The location is perfect, it's right beside the river, very close to the main shopping area and the beautiful buildings of the University. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.   We had a really good stay for the folk festival. The rooms were lovely, the beds super comfortable and the cooked breakfast definitely the spot in the morning. We would recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay a bit further out from the city center.
