The room I ended up with is fabulous - big, lots of storage, huge flatscreen tv, and a terrace outside just for the couple of rooms which open onto it. This is in the new wing which has been refurbished to a very high standard. The owners are fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable as they can.

The staff are very friendly with big smiles. The restaurant staff during the breakfast were very welcoming and the breakfast was so good. The location is very quite and handy to the centre if you have got a car. My son enjoyed it a lot and considered it as one of his best hotel expereinces. The rooms were clean and generally comfortable. The staff was great. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to see that our large group had a nice stay. The lack of en suite bathrooms was not really an issue since there were many bathrooms available right outside our room. -
