Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

My stay at the Ibis in Belfast coincided with the shocking weather the city experienced on 22nd March 2013. This day was my checkout and seeing what was happening with the weather I asked the receptionist to hold my room which they could do until 6pm. I thought by then I would have an idea if flights from the City Airport.would be operating, as it... what people say » turned out it was until almost 8pm when we knew what was happening. They kept my reservation open for me to get back and check in for the extra night - hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

Overall, a great stay and I will definitely be back! - Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. Lastly all your other staff were courteous at all times. Your training programme is definitely working. We will return so
