Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.

there was engineering works on the district line & to use the

The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)
