  A comfortable apartment with a great view and good links to the DLR and busses. Very good value for money. - Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. We only had to bring food ! Noisy because of planes landing, but it stops at about 10:00 PM and begins only at 7:00 AM. less planes on Saturday and none on Sunday. Staff very helpful and sympati... what people say » c.   The Reception Staff were extremely efficient, welcoming and helpful. Check in was hassle free - as was check out. We used the Room Service facility - the food that we ordered was extremely good and the service was very fast - we were very surprised at the speed our food arrived. I would most definitely recommend the hotel. All in all - a very enjoy... what people say » able and relaxing stay. - Rooms were spacious, clean and peaceful (airplanes were quite soothing and not too many of them to disturb! - you could almost be on a cruise! Easy for getting to 02 and Roger Waters was fantastic!! The power shower blows you away! Just what you need to wake you on Monday morning! Thanks - enjoyed the Hotel will visit again.

  we loved everything about this hotel. the service and room couldnt of been better. we asked for some ice to be brought up to our room not knowing at the time there was no room service tho when we looked in the freezer there were ice cube trays filled up so there was plenty! what a lovely touch, customer extremely satisfied with the service and welc... what people say » ome from the staff. loved it!! x - Very clean and well laid out top range kitchen appliances and tea coffee and sugur already in apartment plus milk in fridge for our use.   Very friendly staff and extremely accomodating. Both rooms were of good size, and in excellent condition. Drinks facilities (tea, coffee, sugar) all present in the room. Table and chair on the balcony. Excellent sized beds and all furniture and furnishings were modern and comfy.
