  Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road. We had no noise at all from outside, walls well soundproofed. H... what people say » owever, when people are running up and down the hallway in the night, you can hear them!! I didn;t but my daughter did! Shower was fantastic, big and - We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

  hotel spotless, rooms had more than everything you needed, food delicious and plentiful, staff very helpful, price very cheap for what you got. overall a very nice hotel and highly recommended for staying in very close proximity to Gatwick Airport/Railway - Everything was great.Cole to airport and bus service,even at night.Room spacious and so cosy... what people say » !!!!

  The hotel has been recently refurbished and its really well decorated with good facilities. The rooms were very clean with lovely views over the downs. - Very Friendly and helpfull staff. The newley refurbished rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated.
