we had our 2year old grandson with us and we found it very family friendly it was our second visit we use the meet and greet package. Comfortable room and ease of access to airport. early check in when asked. Large bedroom, well equipped, tastefully decorated and very clean. Nice restaurant with comprehensive menu.Comfortable bed for tired traveller.

The staff were wonderful, from the ladies who make up the rooms to the restaurant staff and front desk staff - all were exceptional and helped me tremendously as I was in England on a very sad family matter and it was lovely to come "home" to a smiling, even waving cheerily, front desk who actually seemed pleased to see me every night. It was lovely.the restaurant was good value and a good start to your hols. most things. The staff - without hesitation. I have recommended the G.W.H. based onthe friendly, cheerful, and attentive staff, without exception. I wasthere for 10 days for the funeral of my sister and the staff became my"family" during that time. Lauren, Jade, Michelle, Mulberry to name justa few of the delightful young people who were there to welcome me eachmorning and at the end of the day. We were only there overnight in order to catch an early morning flight but had no problems whatsoever. Many thanks. Next time we will also leave our car with you, as we had already booked it in to another 'car sitter' company while on holiday before deciding to book in overnight with you.We only stayed the one night and to be fair we did not get a chance to look around the hotel. The transfers to and from the airport are reliable and the 8 or 15 day parking has never been a problem. our stay was short as we came in from malaga one day and out to athens early the next. everything was polite and efficient.Although it was freezing outside it was lovely and warm in the room. We did think the bar prices a bit expensive, £6.29 for a small glass of white wine was a bit excessive.Walls very thin and you could hear clearly what was being said etc. My room was on the ground floor which as a single female traveller I don't like. No lift. It would have been helpful to have a lift even though we were offered help. There was damp around the window which needed attention. The breakfast was very overpriced. The Meet and Greet facility was not entirely satisfactory. We landed at 11.30 pm, phoned reception at 11.45 and after getting our luggage waited in the cold at Car Rentals until 00.45 am when we phoned again. Apology was made, but we didn't understand the reason for the delay. Our car finally arrived at 01.06 am.No. We have stayed a few times and always has a good standard. The firsthotel we think of when flying from gatwick and the first we recommend. It did not have an elevator. This is difficult for older adults. I had a hard time getting my luggage up to the second floor. There did not seem to be services at the hotel to take luggage up to the room. We were very surprised at the bar prices, we thought £5 for a glass of wine rather expensive. But wine here in Crete is a lot less expensive when out for a meal.The transfer bus was later than the scheduled time which made us anxious about the timing of getting to the airport. Someone was issued with keycard and entered the room during the night. When complained on check out no apology. Rooms have been down graded not as comfortably furnished as previous stays.Was advertised with smoking rooms but when checked in was told that all rooms are non-smoking. Staff were very confused on our arrivial, we had 2 rooms booked in different Names with meet and great for one, and the staff seem very confused.Bed was uncomfortable. The phone link from the airport didn't work which, at 9 pm, was a bit inconvenient (and a bit more expensive). The food - boththe room service and the lunch at the conference the follwoing day was of a terrible standard - mostly quality - but also choice. stair well to thin and no lifts. Quite a distance from Gatwick, no lift, were given double room when twin room requested, kept awake most of the night with next room's bathroom fan going on and off all night. Room was not made up and we had to be allocated another. There should be two pillows per person, not one. very noisy central heating system which banged all night. no lift and had to carry heavy cases up stairs on my own.The pipes banged all night long keeping me awake when I really needed to sleep.

Immediately after the second lay-by turn into a small turning called 'The Old Hollow'. At the top of 'The Old Hollow', turn right on to Turners Hill Road. The Gatwick Worth Hotel is situated 100 yards down on the right hand side. From Brighton by road: At junction 10 on the M23, turn right on to the A264 for East Grinstead. At the next roundabout (Copthorne Hotel), take the last exit signposted for Three Bridges, Maidenbower and Crematorium. Proceed down Copthorne Road. On the left, you will pass two laybys. Immediately after the second lay-by turn into a small turning called 'The Old Hollow'. At the top of 'The Old Hollow', turn right on to Turners Hill Road. The Gatwick Worth Hotel is situated 100 yards down on the right hand side. By rail: Arriving at The Gatwick South Terminal, head towards the hotel bus pick-up point (ground floor level, left as you emerge from the terminal). Use the free phone to call the Gatwick Worth and tell the receptionist that you are waiting for the transfer service. You will then be told what time your bus will arrive.
