Staff were very helpful, we had to cancel our table booking in restaurant, staff were very pleasant in the circumstances. Waterfall at entrance very impressive!. Very nice hotel, 2 restaurants, one pub, nice staff, avis rental in the lobby, a little shop where you can buy a few things. Very nice !. The staff were friendly and helpful and the airport transfers were efficient. The main part of the hotel and the room were very clean.

Departing Arora Hotel 15 minutes to the hour, leaving the North Terminal (from outside Sofitel Hotel) 15 minutes past the hour and from South Terminal, Bus Stop 10, 25 minutes past the hour. Please pre-book with the hotel in advance or at check-in. GBP 3.50 per person, each way. Children under 2 years travel free of charge. Journey from the hotel takes approximately 20 minutes. Please allow sufficient time for your journey in case of any delays. Arrangements can be made by calling the hotel from Gatwick Airport or via Reception on arrival. Extra beds and baby cots cannot be accommodated in the Twin Rooms.
