The man on night duty, he was really kind & friendly & made me as a solo woman feel very safe! I had advised the hotel i would be arriving around 1.00 am & as I pulled up in the dark this man was at the door waiting , fantastic service! -

The Attitude of the staff was excellent, I was going to write a letter to you to say this. we were very pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and will definately use Holiday Inn again for any future trips - The hotel was light and modern. The lady who keeps the hotel was lovely and ever so helpful, the rooms seemed sound proof, there is free parking (yes, a bit tricky to find but there it is in from the archway two houses towards the city centre) and being only a mile from the Warwick Castle where we went for Valentine's feast meant that we didn't have to choose who will be driving.
