I stayed for 1 night with my 6 year old grandson . The hotel was spotlessly clean .The room was the same , and it was nicely furnished and decorated , Everyone was helpful and friendly. A nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool . 10 out of

Rooms clean and well looked after. Nice staff. Beds comfy. Bar always open during normal hours. Location; quiet, 50m from beach and opposite tram station. Tea//coffee facilities in bedroom. Lift. Our lads loved their room. Free wifi. Games room (but pool £1 & take your own darts) Allowed take away food back in hotel room. (except fish & chips as leaves strong odour) Value for money.

Very friendly and helpful as I needed directions etc.
My vegetarian breakfast was delicious.
The room was clean and comfortable I was even allocated a double bedroom which was nice.

Our deluxe double room on the top floor was fabulous.
Spacious, light and airy. Very comfortable bed with lovely linen. The extra room with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea making facilities and a table and chairs to seat 2 was excelllent.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk to all local amenitie

We paid £5 extra for a superior room which was located at the very top of the building. We had loveky views, a good clean bathroom, our own little kitchenette area and Anne, the owner brought us up some lovely complimentary cakes. The bed was very comfortable, blackout blinds, very spacious. The hotel was only a two minute walk from the main centre where all the bars and restaurants were and also the pier and beach are only 4-5 mons walk away.

The hotel was close enough for a trip to blackpool...but a lot quieter ,everyone was lovely and the breakfast was excellent.
The bar was great and we enjoyed a nightcap before bed. -
Friendly, clean and excellent location. The beach and a few ameneities only across the road. Quick and easy to get into Blackpool if more entertainment required
