Wayne and Dawn were very helpful . We had taken our 14 month grandson to see the lights and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn even cooked his evening meal so that he did not have to eat junk. -

Extremely satisfied with the location just 2 min walking distance from the pleasure beach, south shore and the train station. We recieved a very warm welcome from the owner . We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. -
