  The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). - It was very clean, comfortable and the receptionist was partic... what people say » ularly friendly, welcoming, very helpful and obliging. The location was handy for both Southport and Ormskirk. I also liked the fact that you had until 12 noon to vacate your room, making it a leisurely departure.
