  The Hotel really is behind the Duomo. There was still renovationshappening inside the hotel and road works at the Piazza Fontana, butsomehow, we could hear no noise at all from our room. As part of ourresevation of a triple room I made a note that the reservation was for 3adults, upon arrival at the hotel we were offered an upgraded room thatreally... what people say » was a small appartment with 3 twin beds. - The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were in good condition as well, although most rooms have windows opening up to a narrow alley where you can't even see the sky and you can almost reach out to the neighboring room.

  The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

  we had an excellent time at the Sanpi--staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were superb!. very easy to access central Milan, either by walking or metro.   the hotel staff was excellent...they even made our stay one to remember...it was my boyfriends birthday so while we were gone they left us some champagne and a birthday note for him...definitely made the day...it was also close to everything...the walk wasnt bad and the metros were close by...rooms were comfortable and a great breakfast selection..... what people say » .we had a wonderful stay - It was probably the best 4* hotel i have ever stayed.Very clean,convenient to the public transportation and easy enough to park your car in blue line zone(1.20 euro per 11 hours is better than the 25,00 euro that hotel parking needs!)
