It was easy to find and front desk staff were nice. relatively convenient location. entrance location of building.small lobby. Shower leaked everywhere and covered the bathroom floor with water, bed was divide in the middle and kept slipping apart, room cleaning was not very thorough. The hotel was very far from the city centre to be called Milan Centre.the facility is not very match with its 4 star standard, and the room is quite cold and no extra heaters can be provided!! lobby is rather old with worn out sofa, and old shower facilities as well.
