Great location. Very friendly staff. Late check out on day of departure, 2pm. Also able to leave bags in hotel until we had to go to the airport at 9pm. Upgraded to superior room on arrival which had excellent facilities. This hotel was great value for money and would highly recommend staying here. Very close to the Duomo and the metro system which is perfect for a sightseeing trip to Milan.

The hotel is just about perfect in terms of location. e.g. It's a gentle stroll the La Scala, Duomo etc. That said its very, very quiet and relaxed. The cleaner kept forgetting to leave some extra supply of toilet paper in the bathroom. Also I did not like that the hotels does not have any quilts but blankets (which I think they are very unhealthy).No non smoking room availability a serious problem. The first room we got (smoker)and was not renew. Hotel kinda old. they have only smoking rooms. bad news because I have to change room but still the smell of cigarettes was strong. but otherwise everything was OK. Breakfast is super.very old air conditionairs.
