Everything. From the first impression, through the welcoming, friendly and helpful reception to the wonderful, well-equipped room, the breakfast, and the great location - close to Politecnico, my business destination, and on a decent distance from the city center. The little technical problem I had with the shower was solved before I knew - quite different from my experience with many other hotels. My first but definitely not my last time at the Milan Radisson Blue.
all reviews » The staff at the reception were very gentle and supportive. We even got un upgrade for the room which made our stay very comfortable; thanks Bruno ! The breakfast was excellent (may we suggest to improve the juice-corner ?). The parking is spacious and safe. We had a quite nice weekend here and we'll for sure come back again. We stayed only one night - a most comfortable and inviting room, clean and modern. Convenient for our needs. Didn't have time to enjoy the facilities, so can't comment on that. Very comfortable and quiet room. Excellent price for a hotel which is usually much more expensive. Good resonably priced restaurants nearby. Free parking is available around the hotel. Good design, quite, very good fitness amenities and SPA (pool, steam room, sauna). Room comfortable, especially bed. After an initial room problem the front desk staff stepped up and were very helpful. The front desk was awesome. The room was definately 4-star and the breakfast was excellent. Not a very beautiful area of town. You should have a car to stay at hotel. The treadmills in the gym are difficult to operate, push buttons aren't responsive. The hotel is a bit outside of the city . bar closed at 0:00 h, i think too early for a hotel like this. The breakfast quality was not the best. The pool was too cold it is mean't to be warmer and hotel is 25mins out of city Centre(the cathedral). in other Radisson hotels breakfast is much better, narrow choice, location and connection to city center /20-25min by tram/. Nothing, all be good!. Smell from the drain in the shower area, this could cause from the failure water waste system. Sometimes long waits at reception. The room was very hot & took hours to cool, only really bcz outside cooled around midnight. Being told that it was not possible to put the A/C on as the commune of Milano forbids it until mid June was frankly a lie. Long time on reception waiting to check in. about time to rennovate, everything seems to be a bit old and dirty. the location is orrible the prices at the restaurant are just out of market. Very bad condition of pool ,cold sauna, cold steam room, no slippers,all locers damaged , no keys or broken faucets and shower units, SPA center even better in 2 stars hotels. no heating, room and pool were not warm. staff was under par for such a hotel.
