  The staff was wonderful and the location was very convenient for us as we arrived by train and left on the bus to Malpensa which is at the train station. Our room was clean and quiet. It was a quality hotel and we think that the reason it went from 5 to 4 stars is that the rooms are a little small, but the marble, carpeting, and fabrics were love... what people say » ly. The rooms were in good condition as well, although most rooms have windows opening up to a narrow alley where you can't even see the sky and you can almost reach out to the neighboring room.
