Great location as very near to the metro stop and with quiet neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and helpful, esp. Paola, at the reception. Room is clean and bright. The hotel is small but cozy and comfortable, and provides everything we need. It is well maintained. The room I stayed was just renovated last year and gave fresh feeling. If next time to Milan again, wIll definitely consider this hotel again.

it was good experince as whole I enjoyed every minute - Very good service both at the reception and at the breakfast. Nicebreakfast although I somewhat missed some bacon and scramled eggs. (Thestaff was kind enough to let me have the breakfast outside. The negativecomplaints about the neighborhood of the hotel (Chinatown) is difficultto understand.
