The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town. We thought it was a good hotel for the price and enjoyed our stay. It was a verry nice experience, the hotel is for shure one to be recommended. The staff where verry nice, the cleanliness was ok, we where impressed by the fact that we where moved from a double room because the climatic sistem didn't work well and we received a suite (an appartment) and no difference to pay.
all reviews » The room was great: large, clean and nice furnished. The price was incredible low especially that the breakfast was included for 2 persons. The location is very very convenient: we came with the car entering directly from High way (10 min) and then we went in center via subway (about 10 min). Just lovely. We arrived too early (at 11.00 am), but they had free rooms and they also upgraded our reservation to suite. We got perfect introduction to Milano with good maps. The breakfast was also amazing. The metro was next to hotel with easy access to Milan centre.Everything was perfect,the hotel is a true 4 star place with excellent facilities and service.The room(executive)was extremely big and the bed was huge.Next to the metro station,so you can easily be in Duomo and Milan Central Station in 10-15mins. It is situated in a very good place in terms of transportation (just 50 meters from the metro station), in a quiet area, with plenty of parking and a rich and delicius breakfast. It is really a value for money hotel. The hotel was much more better than I expected, my single room was large and comfortable, cleaned everyday, the hotel staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was enough, I didnot have to fast as I do not eat pork. i like everything! stuff is very kind! because of strike my family had have some problems, but other starhotel had helped to us! if i will come to Milan again, it is possible i would stay again in one of starhotel.We booked a triple room for one night and on arrival were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Would use this hotel another time. Excellent value. They don't provide a shuttle bus to Linate airport though. The room was already heavily discounted, and when we arrived early, the receptionist (instead of letting us wait for our room) gave us an upgrade to a suite.An ellegant holiday accomodation, with attention to detail. It was not specified in your description , how far is the hotel located - comparing to the city center.The reastaurant for the evening meal was terrible we went there to eat and waited over half an hour for someone to come to us with a menu (they we not busy) then another 15 mins to take our drink order after another 10 mins no drinks or are order taken, so we walked out. This let a good hotel down. Breakfast choice is very poor. Internet access is not cheap. Wifi was too expensive.. 22€ for 24hours is 'acceptable', but 10€ for one hour is too much.Price of meals and drinks were far to expensive. But because of local establishiments this would not stop me useing starhotels again. Air condition should be better.gym was a bit small!. Room lighting very dim.Not having English entertainment channels on TV, only news. The hotel location was a little way out of town but this was reflected in the price. The Metro runs approximately every 2 - 3 minutes and the station is just around the corner.For someone who hasnt been to Milan before I would recommend staying somewhere a bit more central, somewhere within walking distance of Duomo. The hotel is located quite far from the centre but is easy to reach on the metro. Wifi was too expensive.. (10€ / hour). High charge for using internet. The air con was a bit noisy, restaurant was closed 24th and 25th Dec, prices of the internet and mini bar absolutely ridiculous.
