Very comfortable hotel, perfect per city trip. Very good location, in
the center of the city yet in a quiet street, close to everything,
convenient to walk around the city. Very good service, staff extremely
helpful and friendly. We have missed the plane and arrived the next day
and get perfect assistance in re-booking as we wanted, everything went

Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of upmarket Milan. So close to great bars and shopping and all the sights of Milan - very Italian rooms were a joy and the staff are wonderful !!! Can't rate it highly enough !!! -

Great location as very near to the metro stop and with quiet neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and helpful, esp. Paola, at the reception. Room is clean and bright. The hotel is small but cozy and comfortable, and provides everything we need. It is well maintained. The room I stayed was just renovated last year and gave fresh feeling. If next time to Milan again, wIll definitely consider this hotel again.

the edge of the cathedral plaza. Handy to most of the main attractions
in Milan. A simple but wholesome continental breakfast. They had a small

No recuerdo su nombre, pero el recepcionista que nos atendió el día de nuestra llegada fue muy atento y amable. La parada de metro está a dos pasos. Tiene los mejores colchones y almohadas en los que he dormido - El personal era muy amable y simpatico. Las instalaciones inmejorables y en definitiva me lleve gran impresion del hotel.

it was good experince as whole I enjoyed every minute - Very good service both at the reception and at the breakfast. Nicebreakfast although I somewhat missed some bacon and scramled eggs. (Thestaff was kind enough to let me have the breakfast outside. The negativecomplaints about the neighborhood of the hotel (Chinatown) is difficultto understand.

We found a parking place in front of the hotel (public parking so we were lucky), good-looking building, comfortable public interiors, the room was reasonably good and comfortable, friendly girl serving breakfast.

beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for
a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies
Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style
devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station. If you fly to/from Malpensa, there is a direct train from Garibaldi station, very easy and accesible.
