The hotel staff is very firendly and helpful. My room was very nice and there are free soft drinks in a mini-bar. It is possible to access internet for free. I also liked a breakfast with a wide range of meals and drinks. The hotel is very close to the central railway station (Milano Centrale), so it is easy to get there after arriving to Milan. I liked the fact that the Berna was about a 3 minute walk to an entrance to an underground Metro station. It is also only 5 minutes from the main train station. The breakfast has a wide variety of foods and is very well staffed. I appreciated the free drinks in the room mini-bar, which were replenished daily.

The location of the hotel makes it very easy to move around, only 3 or 4 stops in the Metro to Duomo Station. We would stay there again.
