The staff and in particular the manager is exceptionally friendly and sincerely wants you to have a good stay (more than you can say about many 4-5 star hotels).   Welcoming and I was grateful to find the staff to be willing and competent English speakers and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and the location was so close to the airport that I walked there easily in the morning with my pack.
