Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Everything exceeded expectations at this hotel. Room was extremely comfy, huge and neat! Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central. Would definitely recommend this residence to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.
all reviews » Quiet, secluded and efficient residence/hotel 10 minutes' walk from all the main sights. Rom/suite across the courtyard with own lit patio very spacious and adequately furnished. Breakfasts OK but not up to full buffet standard. Would recommend. Staff excellent in every area. Good sized room, decorated with character. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast. Very centrally located. We walked to all of Florence's main attractions and there were many cafes and restaurants nearby. Markets and laundry were also nearby. The family and staff were sincere and eager to please. Will recommend to others. Our stay was a delight. Very close to the fresh food market and the leather stalls and just 5 minutes from the Duomo and the Academia Gallery and 10 from the Uffizzi. Friendly Staff and an excellent location, although a little difficult find tucked away off the street but that can be an advantage as there is less noise and more security. All in all very good, would recommend to a friend. We had very noisy children above us who ran around until after midnight. Nothing. All good. Our room was guarded by three doors. We had to lock/unlock them every time. There was a sofa in the middle of the room, narrowing the space in the room. we booked a double room and were upgraded to an appartment. the acoustic is very bad and we couldnt sllep well as we heard the neighbours next to us as well as steps above us. Coffee was direct from a machine. Disappointing in Italy!!. Getting my hire vehicle damaged in their car park by another unknown guest. bad poor breakfast. Room was cold but they brought on two heaters immediately when asked. nothing. not much.
