We had a lovely, clean, well-fitted room on the fourth floor for four nights and walked the 15- 20 mins into the centre along the river.which was no problem. Breakfast was very good. Excellent value. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. Great value for the money. great location with parking. Great breakfast, and service. People very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a room with balcony overlooking the river - this was our first time in Florence and we could not believe our good fortune!. It was exceptional value for money. Superb staff at all levels. 1,breakfeast is very very good. 2,4star hotel. 3,price is good. The staff went above and beyond in caring for guests. Very convenient at a walking distance from downtown!. It is possible to park a car inside of the property. everything... it was a nice stay...They provide a very good service. From a wheelchairs user's perspective, the carpet was really easy to push on but the best thing was the amazing power shower. Fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay. Mosquitos came into the room, big ones with vicious blood-sucking powers, probably from the air conditioner or some other nook because windows were closed. They disturbed my sleep greatly! I think the hotel should offer repellants to all guests and warn about this huge sleep-depriving problem.The Minibar was not replenished on arrival and there were half-used items in it. Despite several requests for it to be serviced the response was negative. I feel the Hotel Manager should be notified of this failure. Resturant Food, except for breakfast. There is no internet access in the rooms. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The hotel was loud at night in the hallways. Could hear between the walls.
